House rules

Seven rules. They exist so that a hundred people can share a building and all get a decent night's kip. They form part of the booking terms.

1. Check-in from 3pm, any hour. Check-out by 10am.
2. Quiet hours 10pm–7am. Your neighbours are behind a wall, not a corridor.
3. No smoking or vaping anywhere inside. Fines apply.
4. Only registered guests in rooms. Visitors stay in the shared areas.
5. Shared kitchen: use it, clean it, leave it. Label your food.
6. Damage or excessive cleaning is charged to the card on the booking.
7. Abuse of other guests or our team ends your stay. No refund.

The detail

Codes

Your building and room codes are for you. Don't share them. If you think someone has your code, tell chat support and we re-issue it in seconds.

Noise

Quiet hours are 10pm–7am. Music and calls on headphones after 10pm. One warning, then we end the stay.

Kitchen and shared areas

Wash up straight away, wipe down, label anything you leave in the fridge with your room number and date. Unlabelled food is cleared on housekeeping days.

Housekeeping

Rooms are cleaned between guests and on scheduled days during longer stays. You'll get a message the evening before.

Lost property

We keep it for 30 days. Message chat support with your booking reference to arrange collection or postage at cost.

Emergencies

Fire exits and assembly points are on the back of your door and in the app. In an emergency call 999 first, then tell chat support.
